“After enduring years of burnout and dealing with toxic work environments that truly plague all nurses at the bedside, I was desperate to find out what I was really put here for.
I knew I was meant to be a nurse, in the way I am here to heal people and bring them to a place of empowerment instead of struggle. My very first job was a babysitter at 24 hour fitness. I became a nurse at 23. I was a student before that. I was an RN for 24 years. I worked at a local hospital in a Trauma unit. It was a toxic work environment and my license was on the line over and over. The coaching business started as most do: I had my own personal transformation and used the tool of human design (along with others) to up level my life by leveraging my energy. I found human design through a podcast.
Human design is the science of how we are all different. It is the genetic makeup of each person individually and gives each one of us a GPS, or blueprint for our decision making and intuition skills throughout life. We all have an energy type with different strategies to align us to our most easy effortless life. Human design gives each one of us permission to be different in our own right and encourages us to become intimate with our unique energy as a way of living and co-creating with the Universe and each other. I discovered I have a talent for reading the energy of others and am able to see what holds them back when they can’t see it themselves. I was forced to do my own thing after a long legal battle with the hospital I worked for and decided after a lengthy healing process, to help other women seekers align to their energetic power through human design.
When I discovered human design, I was in a very lost place. I didn’t trust myself and even though I knew I was intuitive I was not able to tap into my intuition at all. I decided to go all in on the experiment and learn all there was to know about my energy and aura type. I had never found anything that so accurately described who I was, and gave me an actual roadmap to where I was going- and told me how to get there! Knowing my energy type, strategy and authority gave me a dependable place to start. I started with really listening to what I needed in each moment. I listened and allowed myself to sleep. I was able to wake up my natural intuitive energy through becoming unapologetic about what I said ‘YES’ to and what I said ‘NO’ to. I was able to discover my GPS and allow my natural energy to be the guide for the next direction for my life. Listening to my energy and following my strategy and authority guided me to becoming a self-sufficient business owner with a business that supports me as I help other women find their inner energetic navigation system. Not to mention, within one year I was able to wean myself off anti-anxiety and anti- depressant meds and alcohol for good and repaired the relationship with my children and my ex husband and became completely confident in my ability to trust myself and who I am.
After living the experiment I went even deeper and decided to pull and analyze every single one of my friends charts and see if it would amaze them as much as it did me… And it did. I began offering readings to my friends and family, and then offered them for a small price. Needless to say, human design took off and now I offer 1:1 coaching services to help the women who find human design get to know their energetic makeup and align to their strategy and authority so they can become the empowered business owner, coach, mother, and partner their soul came here to be.
I received a tremendous amount of support from my 15 year old daughter- who only wanted to see her mom happy and thriving. The support in my transition was truly divine. When I needed financial resources, somehow the universe provided… When I needed coaching and therapy I found healers and team members who aligned with me perfectly. All of this was because I was able to truly surrender to a divine plan and trust myself.
My kids are older, but my daughter lives at home and is still distance learning. This past year really put what I teach and preach to the test. I had to lean even more fully into trusting that I have a divine mission and that I am truly supported 100% by the energy I have working for me in each moment. I am so proud of the kind of mother I am to my daughter, and now my boys are coming to work with me in my business! I am showing them that even and especially when life gets hard, when you know how to trust yourself, the Universe, God, spirit, Source, whatever you want to call it, supports you. There isn’t an excuse to not show up for yourself. Even as a single mom, financially responsible for my daughter, I found a way, and that way was through me and and trusting my energy.
I am 45. Being over 40 there is a lot of mindset stuff to work through! The world tells us we need to be a certain age, look a certain way and have x,y, and z in order to be “successful”. I had lost, by society’s standards, a successful career as a registered nurse. A reliable paycheck was stripped from me because I stood up for something I believed to be wrong and abusive. I surrounded myself with people who could help me with my mindset, remind me of my why and hold space for me to cry and be excited all at the same time! What is difficult is believing that what society says is acceptable, is actually acceptable. It’s just NOT. There is nothing acceptable about burning yourself out, drinking way to much wine, and downing anti-depressants just to make it through a day. There is nothing OK about being treated poorly and having your boundaries mean nothing just to earn a living, no matter what your age is! The Universe, and your Soul, doesn’t care how old you are. It came here to do big things and the sooner you get out of your own way, the quicker you can get there!
During Covid, work has been BOOMING. Creating a business that transforms lives is only limited by the limits you put on yourself. During COVID, I have created and sold my offers consistently. I choose to believe that the world is an abundant supportive place I came here to create in. In this way, no pandemic or outside influence can stop me from manifesting the income, soul based clients and life I want.
Once you get confirmation that the things you have desired throughout your life are what desires you right back, you can start seeing that the things in your life right now are either roadblocks or accelerators. Don’t look around at what you may need to do to get to where you want to be as a hill to climb- look at the path as a journey. You have a journey to take to get to the life of abundance and prosperity you desire, we all do, choose to embrace the journey, surround yourself with people who have been there before you, and lean into your superpowers to get you there. You have exactly what you need to make the tough decisions, stand firm in your boundaries and align to the life you want. Find ways you have been supported in the past and write them down, over and over. Take time to get to know who you are, what you like and don’t like about life, and what a perfect day in your life looks like. Take time to earn about how you work, and how you make aligned decisions. When you can trust the energy you have and the decisions you make you begin to experience life in a whole different way. The confidence you bring to your day and your life is how you make your life feel and look different. If something doesn't feel aligned, it isn't. But how do you know what aligned feels like if you haven’t gotten to know yourself in that way? When you feel confident about yourself, you make better decisions and that is what creates the change you want to see in your life every day.
There is so much information available in the human design chart. It is based off of a person’s birth date and time, city and state. In my one-on-one work I help women discover their soul’s purpose, show them where they have natural strengths and weaknesses, and how to make accurate aligned decisions. We each have a way we express in high frequency (this is how we activate the Law of Attraction) that when allowed, attracts our soul mate clients, and everything else we desire in life.
I now help women who know they have a purpose and a passion to be an entrepreneur or coach in the online space create businesses around their lives, stop the hustle, and discover their human design energy and decision-making authority. I teach them about their energetic wealth codes so they can start calling in money ASAP into their business. I show them back to who they really are before the conditioning and programming of the world derailed their soul’s path.”
